Probate and Inheritance and Wills
Probate is the procedure required after a person has died, whether or not they have left a will. This can be an extremely distressing time and we aim to take away the stress of dealing with the deceased's property and the Courts. In order to protect your property for the future, we offer a Will drafting service along with Powers of Attorney and Lasting Powers of Attorney, which are under the supervision of the Office of Public  Guardian. We can also offer advice and assistance with regard to the Court of Protection and Receivership matters.
